FTZs can now store WRO Goods

The NAFTZ has just made it public that FTZs "may now be permitted to admit and store merchandise subject to a Withhold Release Order (WRO) pending a CBP finding whether it was produced using forced labor in contravention of U.S. law. " This is based on draft guidance from U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
