CBP has sent a notice to the trade via the Cargo System Messaging Service (CSMS), advising the trade on Phase 2 updates to the ACE portal become effective Nov. 8, 2022, which includes:
Updates to the References tab and ACE Protest launch button
A launch button for the migrated Arrive/Export In-Bonds User Interface (UI)
Document upload/management functionality for Facilities and Foreign Trade Zones (FTZ)
Blanket Declaration functionality
If you are an FTZ User or Operator, the document upload should facilitate functionality in the FTZ module. More information can be found on the ACE Portal modernization page.
